The signed rental agreement delivered with your confirmation is the binding contract and controls if anything here conflicts with it. These terms apply to the specific Equipment identified in your signed agreement.
Draft for review. This adapted rental agreement is provided as a draft for owner and legal review. It is not a published, finalized company policy. Certain provisions (insurance limits, late fees, fuel programs, governing law) are source-draft figures pending confirmation.
The Short Version of Our Terms
- Rental rates cover the equipment only — delivery is a flat $300 round trip (drop-off + pickup), shown separately from the rental subtotal for any equipment.
- Your rental runs from the agreed drop-off window to the same window on the scheduled pickup day.
- If your scheduled pickup falls on a Sunday, it moves to Monday.
- You are responsible for damage, theft, and misuse, subject to the signed rental agreement.
- Late returns or extensions may incur charges specified in the signed agreement.
- If a deposit is required, any refund is subject to inspection and outstanding charges under the signed agreement.
